In order to control costs and provide accurate housing availability, please note you must first complete your PDI Registration prior to making housing reservations. Once you register for the PDI, you will receive a confirmation email. Included in this email will be a link to make hotel reservations. PDI 2017 will take place at the San Diego Convention Center.
The Convention Center is located in downtown San Diego with the PDI main entrance near Halls G & H.

Hotel Accommodations
ASMC has secured rooms at various hotels near the San Diego Convention Center. Once you register for the PDI, a housing link will be provided in your confirmation to make your hotel reservations. Continuous shuttle service will be offered to and from the furthest hotels.

Commercial Air
There are over 15 commercial airlines that fly into San Diego International Airport (Lindberg Field). San Diego International Airport is comprised of two adjacent terminal buildings and is located approximately 4 miles west of downtown San Diego. Airline Information link: http://www.san.org
Airport Transportation

Parking and Directions
On-site private vehicle parking is available at the 1,950-vehicle underground garage located below the San Diego Convention Center. Rates may range from $15 to $20. Many additional off-site parking options are also available, including a 2,000 space parking structure directly across the street from the center, on the corner of Harbor and 8th Ave. For more information visit: https://visitsandiego.com/location.
Per Diem Information
All official ASMC hotels are within per diem except the Hilton Bayfront Hotel. Lodging per diem in San Diego for May 2017 is $162 per night, with M&IE per diem set at $64. Meals included in the registration fee are breakfast (Wednesday-Friday), lunch (Wednesday-Friday) and dinner (Wednesday).
